The General Requirements Department do teach the following subjects :

Objectives
Our department aims to work very hard with our students to teach them their own language, Arabic language, Including reading and writing, writing professional and commercial letters and raise the students level to give them a confidence of their own language.
Also our department concentrates on teaching Islamic religion and their culture ...
we also put a lot of Effort on teaching the students the history of Oman's Economy...
We also teach our students the basics of Mathematics ...
Math teachers are trying very hard to give our students All what they need throughout their studies.
Staff members make a noticeable effort to help out students and teachers.
Activities
Some of these activities include:
Teaching Arabic to those members of staff who do not speak it ,
attending symposiums ,
and Monitor some magazines and leaflets.
